In a strategic two-phase approach, we executed a comprehensive transformation of an underutilized office space into a state-of-the-art clinic and administrative facility. The initial phase encompassed a meticulous interior renovation, beginning with the precise demolition of existing architectural elements and MEP systems. This set the stage for the integration of cutting-edge plumbing, HVAC, security, fire protection, and electrical infrastructure. Our team skillfully incorporated modern restrooms, sleek storefront partitions, and premium finishes throughout. The result was an optimized layout featuring 3,400 SF of efficient office and examination areas, a welcoming 900 SF lobby, and an 800 SF staff breakroom designed to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.

Building on this success, Phase 2 seamlessly expanded the project scope to an adjacent 1,200 SF office space, all while maintaining full operational capacity in the Phase 1 areas. This expansion introduced additional clinics, offices, and restroom facilities, complemented by the extension of advanced HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems. Our integrated approach to this renovation and expansion project delivered a cohesive environment that exemplifies the perfect balance of functionality, aesthetics, and operational efficiency, setting a new standard for modern healthcare facilities.
